This course focuses on laws and ordinances (and lack thereof) across the nation and state in 2021 that disproportionately impact LGBTQ+ Ohioans. In this space we get into issues, vulnerabilities for LGBTQ+ communities, trends in litigation, major cases, SCOTUS updates, as well as legal and statehouse updates impacting Ohio specifically.
